ORIGINAL STORY
Despite the demise of THQ, Saints Row IV was still in the works. And today, the new publisher Deep Silver and it’s newly acquired developer Volition have revealed that the fourth installment to the over-the-top sandbox crime game is coming in August 23.
The trailer below reveals the craziness and violence that all Saints Row fans would expect from Saints Row IV. However, the fourth installment aims to be more over-the-top and grittier than any previous installments with its new features including robots, aliens, super powers, ray guns that inflate heads and more. Deep Silver says that Saints Row IV will launch for PC, the Wii U (huh?) and other current-gen consoles (possibly the PS3 and Xbox 360) in August.
