7 Cancelled Games That Could Have Been Great

2. Mega Man Legends 3

Mega-Man-Legends-3

Shortly after the fall of Mega Man Universe, Capcom took out their frustrations on another ambitious entry in the franchise; Mega Man Legends 3. The game was a highly anticipated follow up to the popular Mega Man Legends sub franchise for the Nintendo 3DS, featuring the returning hero Mega Man Volnutt alongside a roster of old and new characters for players to choose from. The game was suppose to have two versions; the first being the Prototype Version that acted as a prologue to the full game that would come afterward.

It would have been an instant hit if Capcom wasn’t hell bent on trolling the Mega Man fan base. The company cancelled the entire MML3 project right after Mega Man Universe. In fact, both games were cancelled within the same year. Enraged fans decided they had enough, taking to the internet and forming a  Facebook group of over 100, 000 members to make Capcom reconsider — but can they pull it off?
